Welcome to EZZYSHOTS (“EZZYSHOTS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a photography and videography marketplace powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EZZYSHOTS, including our website, mobile applications, and all services, products, and features offered through the Platform.

By accessing or using EZZYSHOTS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. About EZZYSHOTS

Our Platform

EZZYSHOTS is a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent photographers, videographers, studios, content creators, and other creative professionals.

Services available through the Platform may include:

  • Photography sessions
  • Videography services
  • Wedding photography
  • Event coverage
  • Corporate photography
  • Product photography
  • Portrait photography
  • Family and lifestyle shoots
  • Drone photography (where permitted)
  • Photo and video editing
  • Other photography and creative services

EZZYSHOTS serves solely as a technology platform facilitating bookings, communication, payments, and service discovery. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EZZYTech IT Solutions does not employ, manage, supervise, or control independent providers.

2. Eligibility

User Requirements

To use EZZYSHOTS, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority under applicable law.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.
  • Provide accurate and complete account information.
  • Comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors using their accounts where permitted by law.

3. User Accounts

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities conducted under your account.
  • Keeping your account information accurate and current.
  • Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or suspected security breaches.

EZZYSHOTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Marketplace Services

Booking Services

EZZYSHOTS allows users to:

  • Search for photographers and videographers.
  • Compare service providers.
  • Book photography and videography services.
  • Communicate with providers.
  • Process payments where supported.
  • Leave reviews and ratings.

Service availability may vary depending on location and provider participation.

5. User Responsibilities

Responsible Use

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Respect photographers and other users.
  • Pay applicable booking fees.
  • Comply with provider policies.
  • Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.

Customers should carefully review each provider’s pricing, packages, availability, cancellation policy, and portfolio before making a booking.

6. Independent Provider Responsibilities

Provider Obligations

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

  • Services offered.
  • Pricing.
  • Business permits and licenses.
  • Professional qualifications.
  • Equipment used.
  • Service quality.
  • Delivery of photographs and videos.
  • Editing timelines.
  • Customer communication.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.

Providers must keep their listings accurate and up to date.

7. Bookings and Payments

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Where applicable, EZZYSHOTS may temporarily hold payments in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy before releasing funds to the independent provider.

Booking terms, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and service requirements may vary depending on the provider.

8. Platform Service Fees

Partner Fees

EZZYSHOTS charges a Platform Service Fee of 11% on every completed transaction processed through the Platform.

The Platform Service Fee is automatically deducted before the remaining balance is remitted to the Partner.

The Platform Service Fee supports:

  • Secure payment processing
  • Platform maintenance
  • Customer support
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Marketing initiatives
  • Technology infrastructure
  • Continuous platform improvements

The current Platform Service Fee includes payment processing costs. No separate payment gateway fee will be charged to Partners unless otherwise stated.

Partners remain responsible for their own taxes, permits, licenses, and other government obligations.

EZZYSHOTS reserves the right to revise its Platform Service Fee from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before becoming effective.

9. Photos, Videos and Intellectual Property

Ownership

Ownership and usage rights for photographs, videos, edited content, and other creative works are governed by the agreement between the customer and the independent provider.

Unless otherwise agreed, EZZYSHOTS does not claim ownership of media created by providers.

Providers are responsible for obtaining any required model releases, property releases, permits, or permissions before capturing or publishing media.

10. Reviews and Ratings

Community Reviews

Users may submit reviews based on genuine experiences.

Users must not:

  • Post false reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Harass providers.
  • Publish offensive or defamatory content.

EZZYSHOTS reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

11. Marketplace Disclaimer

Independent Providers

EZZYSHOTS serves solely as a technology marketplace.

EZZYTech IT Solutions does not employ, supervise, manage, or control independent photographers, videographers, studios, or creative professionals listed on the Platform.

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

  • Services performed.
  • Pricing.
  • Quality of work.
  • Editing and delivery.
  • Equipment.
  • Customer communication.
  • Licenses and permits.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZZYTech IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Service quality.
  • Missed photo opportunities.
  • Editing preferences.
  • Delayed deliveries.
  • Equipment failures.
  • Customer-provider disputes.
  • Event cancellations.
  • Loss of photographs or videos.
  • Technical interruptions.
  • Payment disputes beyond our reasonable control.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Independent providers may maintain their own cancellation, refund, rescheduling, or weather-related policies where permitted by law.

Customers should review these policies before confirming a booking.

14. Privacy

Your use of EZZYSHOTS is also governed by our:

15. Third-Party Services

EZZYSHOTS may integrate:

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on EZZYSHOTS.
