This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards of conduct expected from all users, customers, photographers, videographers, studios, and other independent service providers using the EZZYSHOTS Platform.

By accessing or using EZZYSHOTS, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Users must only use EZZYSHOTS for lawful purposes and must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Users must not use the Platform to engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.

Users must interact respectfully with customers, photographers, videographers, studios, and other members of the EZZYSHOTS community.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Threatening or abusive behaviour.
  • Hate speech or discrimination.
  • Defamatory or offensive content.
  • Impersonating another person or business.

4. Accurate Information

Honest Listings

Customers and providers must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when creating accounts, listings, portfolios, bookings, or communications.

Providers must not:

  • Misrepresent their experience or qualifications.
  • Use misleading portfolio images.
  • Publish inaccurate pricing or service descriptions.
  • Claim certifications or awards they do not possess.

5. Photography and Media Content

Appropriate Content

Providers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded portfolio images, videos, and promotional materials:

  • Are owned by them or used with proper permission.
  • Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Do not violate privacy rights.
  • Comply with applicable laws.
  • Are suitable for public viewing.

Users must not upload or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Bookings and Payments

Fair Transactions

Users must not:

  • Manipulate bookings or appointments.
  • Submit fraudulent payment information.
  • Circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable Platform Service Fees.
  • Engage in payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
  • Create fake bookings or transactions.

Providers must honour confirmed bookings unless cancellation is permitted under their published policies or required by exceptional circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

Respect for Copyright

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of photographers, videographers, customers, businesses, and third parties.

Users must not:

  • Copy or distribute copyrighted photographs or videos without permission.
  • Use another provider’s portfolio or creative work as their own.
  • Remove copyright notices or watermarks without authorization.

8. Platform Security

Protecting the Platform

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Interfere with Platform functionality.
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform.
  • Use automated tools that negatively affect Platform performance.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Honest Feedback

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences.

Users must not:

  • Publish false or misleading reviews.
  • Offer or accept payment for fake reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Use reviews to harass or threaten providers or customers.

10. Independent Providers

Provider Responsibilities

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

  • Services performed.
  • Equipment used.
  • Pricing.
  • Service quality.
  • Delivery of photographs and videos.
  • Editing and creative work.
  • Business permits and licenses.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.

EZZYSHOTS serves solely as a technology marketplace and does not supervise or control independent providers.

11. Enforcement

Violations

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Removal of content.
  • Suspension of listings.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Cancellation of bookings where appropriate.
  • Reporting unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

EZZYSHOTS reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to protect the Platform and its users.

12. Changes to This Policy

Policy Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
